Thank you for shopping with 3DPicks. We take pride in delivering quality 3D-printed products made to order. Due to the custom nature of our work, we ask that you please read our return policy carefully.
Overview
All sales are final.
Because our items are 3D-printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Please note: Minor blemishes, layer lines, or marks from support material are a normal part of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
Return Window
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage or other issues.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number).
- You must include photos clearly showing the issue or defect.
Refunds
All refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or you may be issued store credit depending on the situation.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for items that are:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect size, color, or variant — as long as the item is unused and returned within 14 days
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or billed before your exchange is processed.
